Frequently asked questions regarding pricing and subscriptions
To provide the best software possible, with constant updates and customer support, as well as maintain servers to store data, it is necessary for us to charge a monthly subscription as opposed to a one-time fee. When other logbook providers have offered a ‘lifetime license’, they have inevitably ended up disappointing users by limiting features to new customers as their proposition was simply not financially viable.
Once you have downloaded the app and signed up for an account, you will find subscriptions available to purchase on the ‘Settings’ page. Subscriptions can be purchased and managed on the iOS App Store or the Google Play Store.
Regardless of where you purchase your subscription, it will be valid across all your iOS and Android devices.
We firmly believe that your data belongs to YOU. If you need to pause or cancel your subscription for any reason, all of your logbook data will be preserved. You may not be able to log new flights, but you will still be able to view your previously logged ones. And if you re-subscribe at any point, you can just carry on where you left off.
That’s fine (honestly)! You can cancel your subscription any time, and export your data ready to import in another logbook provider.
